Among the Crémants de France, the Crus Alsaciens have reached the first places in just a few years. In White, it is obtained from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grape varieties which present a lot of freshness and finesse. In Blanc de Noirs and Rosé, they express the richness of Pinots Noirs. Our Crémant Chardonnay, for its part, combines finesse and… .. aromatic expression.
SITUATION: Beblenheim and surroundings
NATURE OF THE SOIL: Stony, sandy and limestone
HARVEST: Manual with selected whole grapes on the presses, Champagne-type pressing.
VINIFICATION: Traditional method without malolactic fermentation then storage on slats for 18 months before riddling.
TASTING NOTES: A pretty soft pink, a very nice mousse and very fine bubbles. This crémant presents intense aromas of raspberry and cherry with incomparable finesse. Very good length in the mouth.
