Description

Among the Crémants de France, the Crus Alsaciens have reached the first places in just a few years. In White, it is obtained from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grape varieties which present a lot of freshness and finesse. In Blanc de Noirs and Rosé, they express the richness of Pinots Noirs. Our Crémant Chardonnay, for its part, combines finesse and… .. aromatic expression.

SITUATION: Beblenheim

SOIL: Sandy and stony

HARVEST: Manual with entiere grapes on press. Champenois pressing.

VINIFICATION: Traditional method without malolactic fermentation then ageing during 18 months.

TASTING: Very refined and discretly fruity bouquet. Fine foam, freshness and matter.

FOOD PAIRING: Aperitif or during all a meal

SERVICE: 8° to 10°

AGEING: 2 to 5 years

ALCOHOL VOLUME: 12,5°

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5 g/L

RESUDUAL SUGAR: 9,5 g/L
