HARVEST: Manual with entire grapes charged in the press. Overmaturation of the grapes before picking.
VINIFICATION: Traditional in white on very clear juices with temperature control during fermentation then ageing at least one year in bottles in the cellar.
TASTING: Elegant nose of quince, dried fruits et smoked flavours. Full-bodied. Grilled, smoked and fruity aromas. Opulent wine.
