HARVEST:
Manual after grapes surmaturation

VINIFICATION:
Traditional in white with temperature control during fermentation then ageing 8 months in our cellar and at least 10 months in bottles.

TASTING:
Overipe fruits and honey aromas. Rich wine, on the palate a dried fruits and honey taste.

FOOD PAIRING:
Foie gras poelé, desserts. To be tasted with good friends.
