Sand, marl and limestone

HARVEST:
Traditional with sorting the grapes

VINIFICATION:
Ten days maceration on destalked grapes. Temperature controled fermentation and ageing for some months in our cellar

TASTING:
Nice red wine with cherry and blackcurrant flavours. Heavy, long and complex aromas

FOOD PAIRING:
Can be served all over a meal and especially with red meat

SERVICE:
10° to 15° or chilled

2 to 4 years
