HARVEST: Manual harvest
VINIFICATION: Short maceration of 24 hours. Gentle pneumatic pressing. Short aging to preserve color.
TASTING: Like a bouquet of roses, peonies or violets, this Pinot Noir exposes its pale and frank pink color to greedy eyes. The nose is floral and fruity, expressive and refined. There are notes of Lilac accompanied by aromas of pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is light, fresh and thirst-quenching. Ideal for an aperitif with friends, it will accompany a whole summer meal.
FOOD / WINE PAIRING: From the tomato-mozzarella plate, through the grilled sea bass papillote and up to the melon / watermelon fruit salad.
