\nTo demonstrate its seriousness and lend credibility to the approach, Cave de Beblenheim has chosen Vignerons Engag\u00e9s<\/a><\/b>.\n

\nVignerons Engag\u00e9s is the first CSR label<\/b> in the wine sector, backed by a powerful network of producers, distributors, merchants, and committed partners. In a few figures, Vignerons Engag\u00e9s represents over 37,000 hectares of vineyards in France, accounting for 5% of the vineyard<\/b> area, and more than 3,500 certified wine estates<\/b>! The strength of the Vignerons Engag\u00e9s label lies in its specifications<\/b>, based on the Engag\u00e9 RSE framework from AFNOR<\/b>, which is itself based on the international standard for sustainable development, ISO 26000<\/b>. The Vignerons Engag\u00e9s framework stands out by its commitment from vine to glass<\/b>. Cave de Beblenheim is proud to be awarded the Committed Winegrowers and Committed CSR certifications at the confirmed level.\n<\/b>!\n

  • In the wine sector<\/b>, Cave de Beblenheim has been committed to a structured environmental approach since the early 2000s, providing regular monitoring and offering personalized advice to its member winegrowers. The integration of the Vignerons Engag\u00e9s (Committed Winegrowers) standard has strengthened this support through direct visits to the wineries, allowing for a better understanding of the realities on the ground. These visits encourage the implementation of a continuous improvement approach by offering winegrowers best practices and guiding them towards increasingly sustainable production methods.<\/li>

  • For bottling and packaging<\/b>, we make it responsible by limiting our waste and consuming resources (water, energy, packaging) responsibly. Thanks to a responsible purchasing policy, we combine performance, quality, and cost control while integrating environmental and social criteria. Our suppliers are involved in this approach to strengthen its positive impact.<\/li>

  • For the commercialization side<\/b>, transportation<\/b> is a key focus<\/b>. Because well-being at work also means a good balance between personal and professional life, a Charter has been formalized. In order to consider the voice of employees, an employee survey is carried out each year. The goal is to gather the feelings and opinions of employees on governance as well as social and environmental issues.     \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\u201cHVE\u201d (High Environmental Value) is a certification which promotes and labels agricultural operations which work actively to protect the environment. HVE Level 3 (achieved by the Cave de Beblenheim for all of its vineyards from 2021 onwards) is based on full adherence to environmental standards, the development of biodiversity on our land, or the presence of infrastructure used to maintain biodiversity (hedges, forest borders, low walls, etc.).
