SOIL : Limestone silts, Oligocene marl and limestone pebbles
HARVEST: Manual with sorting of the grapes
VINIFICATION: Maceration of ten days on destemmed harvest. Fermentation with temperature control then maturing for one year in our cellars.
TASTING: With a seductive purple robe, this wine with powerful aromas of red fruits embellished with a hint of vanilla will captivate your palate. Supple and lively like a flame, it will be excellent company with red meat or game.
