SOIL:
Stone, sand and limestone

HARVEST:
Manual with entire grapes on the press. Champenois pressing.

VINIFICATION:
Traditional method without malolactic fermentation then ageing during 12 months.

TASTING:
A nice bubbles crown. Fresh flowers aromas, a good length and a perfect balance.

FOOD PAIRING:
Aperitif or during all a meal.

SERVICE:
8° to 10°

AGEING:
2 to 5 years
