Among the Crémants de France, the Crus Alsaciens have reached the first places in just a few years. In White, it is obtained from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grape varieties which present a lot of freshness and finesse. In Blanc de Noirs and Rosé, they express the richness of Pinots Noirs. Our Crémant Chardonnay, for its part, combines finesse and… .. aromatic expression.
SOIL NATURE: Stony, sandy limestone
HARVEST: Manual with whole grapes on the presses, Champagne-type pressing.
VINIFICATION: Traditional method without malolactic fermentation then storage on latte for 12 months before riddling.
TASTING NOTES: A good hold of foam. Intense aromas of fresh red fruits, a beautiful substance and above all of great finesse. A very vinous crémant with a good length in the mouth.
