Description

To obtain the Organic Agriculture label (AB label), the vines must be managed according to precise specifications: prohibition of chemical weeding and the use of synthetic treatment products. The protection of the vineyard is done only with chemicals “of natural origin”. Certification is not only limited to grapes but also concerns the winemaking process.

VINIFICATION: Traditional method. 2nd fermentation in the bottle. Aging on slats 12 months.
