Description

Among the Crémants de France, the Crus Alsaciens have reached the first places in just a few years. In White, it is obtained from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grape varieties which present a lot of freshness and finesse. In Blanc de Noirs and Rosé, they express the richness of Pinots Noirs. Our Crémant Chardonnay, for its part, combines finesse and… .. aromatic expression.

SITUATION: Beblenheim

SOIL: Marl, stone and limestone

HARVEST: Manual with entiere grapes on press. Champenois pressing.

VINIFICATION: Traditional method without malolactic fermentation then ageing on lees during 24 months.

TASTING: Gold colour with a fine foam.
Concentrated dried fruits aromas and hazelnut flavours. It is an ample and very refined sparkling wine ; well-balanced with a light acidity touch at the end.

FOOD PAIRING: Aperitif, desserts or during all a meal.

SERVICE: 6° to 8°

AGEING: 2 to 5 years

ALCOHOL VOLUME: 12,5 °

TOTAL ACIDITY: 4,7 g/L

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 7 g/L
