Description

SITUATION:
Beblenheim

SOIL:
Marl, stone and limestone

HARVEST:
Manual with entiere grapes on press. Champenois pressing.

VINIFICATION:
Traditional method without malolactic fermentation then ageing on lees during 24 months.

TASTING:
Gold colour with a fine foam.
Concentrated dried fruits aromas and hazelnut flavours. It is an ample and very refined sparkling wine ; well-balanced with a light acidity touch at the end.

FOOD PAIRING:
Aperitif, desserts or during all a meal.

SERVICE:
6° to 8°

AGEING:
2 to 5 years

ALCOHOL VOLUME: 12,5 °

TOTAL ACIDITY: 4,7 g/L

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 7 g/L
