SOIL: Marl, clay and limestone
HARVEST: Hand picking after over maturation of the grapes.
VINIFICATION: Traditional in white with temperature control and ageing 18 months in the cellar which at least 10 in bottles.
TASTING: candied citrus fruits as mineral aromas. Smooth attack followed by the typical acidity of Riesling. A late harvest full of finesse.
FOOD PAIRING: Aperitif, foie gras poêlé, smoked fishes, desserts or just for pleasure.
